No appointment. Your kitchen table is the fitting room.
A set is only as good as the impression it was cast from. The kit does the work of a dental chair — and it comes free with every order.

Order your set
Pick the design and the number of teeth. The mold kit ships to you free, with printed instructions in the box.

Take the mould
Mix the putty, load the tray, seat it over your front teeth and hold. A set covers teeth 5 to 5, so the tray only needs to reach that far.

Send it back
Post the mould back to the lab. We check it the day it lands and tell you straight away if anything needs a second try.

Modelled and cast
We pour a stone model, scan it, build your set in CAD on the scan, print it in castable wax and cast it in 925 sterling.

Finished and shipped
Filed, sanded and polished by hand, stones set if ordered, then shipped free. About two weeks from the day your mould arrives.
The Fit
Ten teeth. One impression. Nothing approximate.
A pressed or heat-mould grill sits on the enamel and shifts. A cast set is a negative of your own arch: it clears the gum line, stops short of the spaces between your teeth so nothing wedges in, and holds by friction alone — no adhesive, no clip.
- CoverageTeeth 5 to 5 on the upper or lower arch. Sold per arch, or as a top-and-bottom set.
- ClearanceThe inner surface is offset from your scan and cut back to the gum line.
- Between teethThe metal is kept out of the interproximal spaces, so it seats without wedging.
- ToleranceSilver contracts as it cools, so the model is compensated before it is printed.
- On fileYour scan is archived — a second set needs no new impression.

We cast in 925 sterling silver and nothing else — no gold alloys, no quotes against the daily spot price. What changes from set to set is what goes on top of it.
Moissanite
Bezel or prong set, single stone or a full bar across the front.
Opal
White or purple opal, cut to sit flush in the face of the cap.
Enamel
Hand-painted colour — roses, hearts, rainbow, or your own artwork.
Cuts
Diamond dust, starburst, design cuts and open patterns worked into the silver.
Nameplates, initials, zodiac signs, crosses, stars, butterflies and 3D pieces are all made to order too — send a reference and we will draw it in CAD before casting.

Before you order
The things people ask us twice.
Do I have to buy the mold kit?
No. The kit comes free with every set — you order the grillz, the kit arrives, you take the impression and send it back. If you only want the kit on its own, to try the process or to hold a mould for later, it is $24.50.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the day your mould reaches us. The clock starts when the mould lands, not when you order, so the sooner it comes back the sooner your set does.
Does it hurt, and can I eat with it in?
The fit is snug by design, and the first hour feels like a new retainer. It should never pinch. Take the set out to eat and to sleep — sterling is softer than enamel and chewing will mark it.
Do you cast in solid gold?
No. We work in 925 sterling silver only. It is a deliberate call: one metal means one set of casting tolerances, one polish routine, and a price that does not move with the gold market.
What if my impression comes out wrong?
It happens, usually because the putty set before the tray was fully seated. We check every mould the day it arrives and message you straight away if it needs another go.
Can I order for someone else as a gift?
Yes — the kit ships to whoever is going to bite into it, so they will know something is coming. Plenty of people send the kit as the gift itself, with the set following once the impression is back.
Do you still have my mould from last time?
We keep the digital scan. If you have ordered before, a repeat or a different design needs no new impression — just the order.
